Different extraction methods of angelica volatile oil were investigated. In this paper, supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and microwave-assisted extraction were used to study the extraction of angelica volatile oil.
Experiments show that the optimal process conditions for supercritical CO2 extraction are an extraction pressure of 25MPA, an analysis temperature of 55 ° C and an extraction temperature of 45 °, and an extraction rate of about 1.9%. The optimal process conditions for microwave-assisted extraction are anhydrous ethanol as the extraction solvent The microwave power is 800W, the microwave radiation time is 150S, the liquid-mass ratio is 4.17: 1, and the extraction rate is about 11.2%. The yield of angelica oil obtained by microwave-assisted extraction is higher than that of supercritical CO2 extraction.
Microwave-assisted extraction method has high yield of volatile oil from Angelica sinensis, but its appearance quality is worse than that of volatile oil from Angelica sinensis extracted by supercritical extraction.
